How does the free trial work?

Sign up and get 30 days completely free — no credit card required. At the end of your trial you can subscribe monthly ($14.95) or annually ($149). If you don’t subscribe, your account simply pauses.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. If you’re coming from the legacy KidKeeper desktop version or another system, reach out to us and we’ll help you get your data moved over.

Do you offer training?

KidKeeper is designed to be simple enough that you don’t need training. Help documentation and videos are included with every account. If you need extra help, just reach out.

What devices does KidKeeper work on?

KidKeeper is fully web-based and works on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. Compatible with iOS and Android. Nothing to install or update.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans can be cancelled and won’t auto-renew. Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.

Is my data secure?

Yes. KidKeeper stores all data securely in the cloud. Child records, financial data, and compliance documents are never deleted — always available when you need them.
